Our Enterprise takes all the necessary precautions so that all products are packed in a particularly careful way so that you receive them without any damage whatsoever.
To avoid your own inconvenience, we strongly advise you to carefully inspect the condition and integrity of the packaging at the time of delivery of your order to you for any obvious defects (eg damaged/worn goods).
In any case, you have the right to return the products you purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive them.

In the event that you request a refund for your returned order within 14 days of its receipt, the refund will be made in the same way as the payment was originally made by you. If you receive the product without expressing a specific reservation, it means that you have unconditionally received the product from our company. Before any return it is recommended to consult with us via e-mail at amourianosoptics.gr. For returns of shipments abroad (outside of Greece), the customer bears the full cost of the return. In case of returning the products, your refund will be completed within fifteen (15) working days from the date we receive the products. Option for providing a Credit Balance (store-credit) is not available. In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece by virtue of Decree-Law 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution on consumer disputes with the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process is now provided throughout the European Union. If the customer has the status of a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting in a non-professional capacity) and has any problem with a purchase made from our website, he/she can initiate the ADR procedure through the single EU-wide platform for electronic dispute resolution (platform EDR).

AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER, within 14 calendar days from the day you’ve received your delivery.
It is clarified that in order to proceed with a refund, the product must be in the same perfect pristine condition that was sent, without any damages and without missing the accompanying documents, in its original packaging/labels etc. Once returned and inspected by us, your money will be refunded within 3-4 working days (depending on your Bank's Incoming Remittance Policy) and you will only be charged the shipping costs for returning the product.In the event that before you send the Cancellation Notice you have paid the total price of the approved order and we have collected it, then within fourteen (14) working days we shall refund to you the collected price in the same way as originally paid by you.
Product returns and corresponding refunds are NOT applicable for products which were sold under special promotions e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday.
RETURNS
You have the right to return the products you bought and ask for their replacement:
- In all cases that with proven fault of amourianosoptics.gr were products were sold wrongfully or were of bad and defective quality (fault in the order, invoicing, consignment, damaged during their transportation or bad packaging)

In all cases that there was a problem/ real defect in the product (operation or quality) which the valid guarantee of the product covers and as long as the guarantee has been given by amourianosoptics.gr
They do not fall under this provision products that are covered by guarantees or third parties such as for example the manufacturer of the product or its representative/distributor. In every case and for all cases mentioned above the maximum time for replacement cannot be extended more than fourteen (14) calendar days, from the day of reception. Furthermore, for all cases the product should be accompanied necessarily by the original proof of purchase. For all above cases the products which are eligible for replacement - repair should be in the condition that they were received from the client, completed and without wears and their package to be right and in excellent condition, accompanied by all documents of the product (for example consignment note, receipt etc.).
- The products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. without the special labels of our company or the factory having been removed or damaged, nor having their packaging been unsealed or tampered with.
- Customers are requested to use a hard box like the box they received and not envelopes. Returned items should be sent via courier to our company headquarters.
- The product has not been worn since the test, nor has any kind of modification or intervention been made, e.g. to have the lenses changed.
- In case the product is accompanied by any gift, the return of this gift together with the product is self-evident.
- There are all the necessary accessories for the product such as the case and the tax item of purchase (receipt-invoice).
In addition to the above, for Contact Lens and Liquid Contact Lens products, returns are only accepted if:
